Delete your flare.pet account and data
You can request deletion without installing the app or signing in.
Send a deletion request
Email iflare.pet@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my flare.pet account”. Include your flare.pet username and the email address or phone number linked to the account. If possible, send the request from your registered email address.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. Never send your password, login code, or payment-card details. This process is also available to people who registered using Facebook or Google.
What happens to your data
The request covers your account, profile, and associated personal data, including uploaded content and account-linked messages. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.
Records required for legal obligations, unresolved transactions, disputes, security, or fraud prevention may need to be retained. We will explain any applicable exceptions and retention period when handling your request. Copies of content independently saved by other users may remain outside our control.
From the app
You can also open Profile and choose Delete account. If you cannot complete that process, use the email request above.
